The best way to contact us is via email.
This logs a ticket directly on our support system and assigns it to the appropriate team member.
If you have recently won a prize but have not yet received it, please allow 3 working days for a notification confirming that your prize has been processed. If you have not received any notifications after this time, please email [email protected] from your registered email address.
Please include as much information as possible, such as your order number and ticket number if available. This will help us process your request more quickly.
If you believe you have won but did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected].

If your prize has arrived damage or faulty
Please email [email protected] include as much information as possible to speed up the enquiry including; your name, email address on your account, prize won and detail the issues clearly.
Where possible please send photos or videos of packaging or defects.
Our customer service desk operates Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm, although we do often respond outside of this time please do not chase a response outside of these hours.
